Model shoots:

    Sport Events:

    • Daily rate of 125,- Euro + travel expenses
    • (Multi-day events get an discount)
    • The organizer will receive a detailed photo impression
    • The organizer will get all clean pictures
    • (provided on USB-Stick = 10,- Euro extra)
    • km-pics is main owner of the copyrights for commercial purposes of the pictures


    Model shoots:

    • Daily rate of 120,- Euro + travel expenses
    • The Model will get all clean pictures on USB-Stick
    • (USB-Stick 10,- Euro extra)
    • The exact goal of the shoot will be discussed in detail in advence
    • km-pics is main owner of the copyrights for commercial purposes of the pictures

    General terms

    • Travel expenses will be charged against 0.30Euro/km
    • The event organizer is reposible for sufficient Lightning. If light is not sufficent, the consequences shall be taken as is
    • Both event and Model shoots have to be paid in advence on-site, or can be paid in advence via wire transfer
    • Shoot can be canceled within a term of a minimum of three days, within a range of three days, 50% of the inital costs will be charged. In case of cancellation of km-pics, obviously no charge apply
